Nicotine Test (Oral Swab): Directions included in small bag with the test. Works within 1-3 days of nicotine use and must be read within 5 minutes test completion. Click here for PDF version.
NEON GREEN SHEET: tips regarding vape/e-cig use. The devices have different names and come in thousands of shapes – ALL contain at least a trace amount of Nicotine which is highly addictive.
WHITE SHEETS: Online resources for families and kids to utilize regarding e-cig, vape, nicotine and tobacco use, dependence and resources to help your teen quit. Click here for PDF version.

7 Day Pill Planner: Step Up recommends keeping only 7 days’ worth of any medication unlocked in a household. Lock a drawer, cabinet or use a safe to store medications not in immediate use (Also good to lock up: alcohol, weapons of any kind)
Drug Disposal Bag provided for in home disposal. Please remove old outdated medications immediately.
